Withdraw from contract

1. Scope

These terms apply to vehicle detailing, cleaning, polishing, ceramic coating, protective film and associated services provided by Firma Levito, owner Yunus Karaca, Dachauer Str. 304, 80993 Munich, Germany. The version provided when the contract is concluded applies.

2. Binding booking and price

Clicking “Book with obligation to pay” places a binding order; payment is due after the service, unless separately agreed. The contract is concluded when LEVITÓ displays successful booking confirmation. You can check and correct your details beforehand. The final booking summary states the agreed total including VAT, selected service and add-ons. General “from” prices do not replace that total. Following inspection, additional work or a higher total requires your express approval before work begins. Silence is not approval. Without agreement the original contract remains unchanged insofar as the agreed work can be carried out professionally; statutory rights remain unaffected.

3. Work and cooperation

The scope is set out in your confirmation. Additional work and costs require express approval and documentation. We perform the work professionally. We point out foreseeable risks caused by existing damage or previous treatments. Please remove personal belongings and tell us about known damage, sensitive materials and modifications. Expected completion times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise; statutory rights regarding delay remain unaffected.

4. Payment

Prices include statutory VAT. Payment is due upon completion and vehicle handover unless separately agreed. Payment is by cash or bank transfer as agreed. Online vouchers are paid through Stripe. Reasonable advance payments for extensive work require separate agreement.

5. Cancellation

Appointments may be cancelled or moved free of charge up to 48 hours before their start. For a late cancellation attributable to the customer or a no-show, LEVITÓ may claim 30% of the total agreed at booking to the extent a corresponding loss arises. Unapproved extras are excluded. Saved expenses and revenue from reassigning the appointment are deducted. You expressly remain entitled to prove that no loss or a substantially lower loss occurred; the charge is then removed or reduced. Each case is reviewed; no automatic debit is made. Statutory withdrawal rights and circumstances attributable to LEVITÓ remain unaffected.

6. Defects

Please inspect the vehicle with us on collection and mention visible issues where possible. This is not a deadline excluding rights: statutory defect rights are not restricted merely because you report an issue later. Statutory rights include rectification and, where the legal requirements are met, price reduction, termination, self-remedy and damages. Cases in which a further deadline or rectification is unnecessary remain unaffected. Normal wear or changes caused by improper treatment after handover are not defects caused by our work; care instructions must be followed.

7. Liability

Liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health is unlimited. For minor negligence affecting an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to foreseeable loss typical for the contract. Other minor-negligence liability is excluded except where mandatory law provides otherwise, including product liability.

8. Materials

Supplied additional materials remain our property until payment insofar as legally permissible and practically meaningful.

9. Gift vouchers

Online value vouchers start at EUR 50. The contract is concluded on completion of the paid Stripe checkout. A personal code is emailed to the buyer. Vouchers are transferable and redeemable for all LEVITÓ services, including in instalments. The balance remains available until expiry at the end of the third calendar year following purchase. The difference is payable if the service costs more. No cash payment of value or balance is due except where required by law. The code may be presented when booking or at the appointment. We may discharge our obligation by providing services to the code holder. Loss or third-party misuse is not compensated unless attributable to us.

10. Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from online contracts within 14 days from conclusion, subject to statutory conditions for the start of that period. Full instructions and a model form are provided before ordering and with confirmation. For paid services the right expires on full performance only after express advance consent to early performance and acknowledgement of this consequence. Email delivery of a value voucher alone does not extinguish the right. Statutory reimbursement and proportionate service compensation rules apply.

11. Privacy and dispute resolution

The privacy policy explains personal-data processing. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in consumer dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

12. Final provisions

German law applies excluding the CISG; mandatory protection of consumers in their country of habitual residence remains unaffected. Munich is the agreed venue only for merchants, public-law legal entities and special public-law funds. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not compulsory.

You may also withdraw online at https://levito.live/en/withdrawal. If you use that function, we will send an acknowledgement without undue delay on a durable medium, for example by email, stating the content of your withdrawal and the date and time of receipt.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we are informed of your decision. We use the same payment method as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; no reimbursement fee is charged.

Value vouchers

Email delivery of the voucher alone does not extinguish the right of withdrawal. If the voucher has already been redeemed in whole or in part, we assess the statutory consequences for the voucher contract and any service contract individually; a reimbursement is not automatically limited to the unused face value.
